Background: Artificial Intelligence has been seen as a breakthrough in the realm of education over the past fifteen years. Teachers and students alike now rely on apps in their daily lives. However, the Horizon Report 2019 Higher Education Edition (Educause, 2019) anticipates that AI applications related to teaching and learning are predicted to increase even more significantly than this throughout the period of 2018-2022.

Purpose of the Study: The purpose of this study was to identify the obstacles and adaption of artificial intelligence to the education students. This also provided data on the various ways of schools in adapting AI education in terms of personalize education, academic activities, grading system, and school technologies.

Research Methods: A descriptive correlational methodology was used in this study. Consequently, a particular outcome has been selected and is currently being implemented for the study’s beneficiaries, namely the education students in the said setting.

Conclusion: The adaptation of artificial intelligence education has an effect in the challenges to the students which could also affect their learnings towards better education. The academic activities of the students are mostly conducted through online or with the use of technologies or AI-driven tools.

ADAPTING TO NEW MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES: OVERCOMING COMPLEXITY, INFORMATION OVERLOAD, AND ORGANIZATIONAL BARRIERS

Background: As nursing practice evolves as the healthcare system adapt to meet modern demands the adaptation of new medical technologies has become increasingly essential. While technological advances offer significant potential to improve nursing skills and improve patient care many nurses struggle with difficult to keep up with rapidly changing technologies. Key challenges include complexity of new technologies and their usability, information overload and organizational and cultural barriers. Innovative nursing practices can improve competencies and patient outcomes especially when innovations are aligned with nursing needs. Continuous professional development is also crucial as nurses must be supported by technologies and methodologies that evolve with healthcare demands.

Methods: The research applied the descriptive methodology in the study, where in the subject variables were intentionally measured and analyzed quantitatively, utilizing a self-formulated questionnaire.

Result: The study reveals that the majority of respondents are young, female, and have less than five years of experience in their profession. While they agree that new medical technologies are complicated and challenging to use, they do not view them as causing information overload or negatively impacting decision-making in clinical setting. Additionally, respondents do not perceive significant organizational or cultural barriers hindering the adoption of these technologies.

Conclusion: Nurses find new medical technologies complex and challenging to use, they do not perceive significant issues with information overload or organizational/cultural barriers. The primary challenge appears to be the usability and complexity of the technologies rather than resistance to adoption. Enhancing training and simplifying technology interfaces could help overcome these challenges and promote smoother integration into healthcare settings.

EXAMINING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN NURSING CARE IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTHCARE DELIVERY AMONG NURSES

Background: Integration of robotics in nursing practice has transformed the healthcare industry by enhancing some of the key functions, including lifting patients, rehabilitation, and helping during surgeries. These developments have significantly eased some of the physical burdens on nurses while increasing productivity levels within the hospitals. However, many assistive robotic systems are still being developed and tested, pointing to a need for further research to ensure that the systems are successful in practice. Given the evolutionary nature of healthcare demands and technologies, nurses have to be encouraged to develop adaptability, professional development, and lifelong learning in order to ensure that innovations will continue in the daily practice and delivery of quality care.

Background: Progressive innovations play a vital role in advancing nursing competencies, particularly in knowledge acquisition, technical skill proficiency, and clinical decision-making. Adaptation of new technologies, such as automated alerts and clinical decision support systems, have shown significant improvements in patient care due to adherence to evidence-based practices. The study show that progressive innovations result in better patient outcomes results to nurses can make more informed clinical decisions, improve technical skills, and learn more efficiently. However, many nurses are still struggling behind rapid technological changes, and resistance to new tools combined with inadequate training can limit the full potential of these innovations.
