REVAMPING BAMBOO PRODUCTION STRATEGIES IN PALGHAR DISTRICT, MAHARASHTRA: A POST-PANDEMIC SUSTAINABILITY APPROACH
This research paper aims to assess the Production strategies used by Bamboo industry in production of various bamboo based product after COVID-19 pandemic in Palghar District. Production strategies are considered very important for every business organization, so it must be properly planned and implemented for the success and growth of business. The study was done as a part of descriptive research. Convenience sampling technique was employed for selecting the sample. The primary data was collected by means of questionnaire. The analysis leads over the conclusion that the craftsmen’s have adopted mix production strategies – Chase strategy, Make-to-stock, Make-to-order for producing their product. The research also suggested some measures to be taken by the craftsmen’s.

EXPLORING E-RETAIL WEBSITE USAGE PATTERNS AMONG GENERATION Y IN POST-COVID-19 MUMBAI: AN EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION
Covid-19 is affecting many e-commerce businesses. Covid-19 crisis is likely to have long lasting effects on e-commerce. E-commerce is a business model that lets firms and individuals buy and sell products and services over the internet. Today 40% of internet usage made for online purchase. According to IBM’S report Covid-19-19 pandemic pushed the industry ahead by around five years. Moreover, after the Covid-19-19, social distancing and staying home is further expected to push the consumers towards online shopping. Descriptive research was conducted to conclude the study.

EFFECTIVE TEACHING PRACTICES AND ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
The transition from traditional classroom settings to virtual learning environments (VLEs) has necessitated a rethinking of effective teaching practices and engagement strategies. This study explores various pedagogical approaches and strategies that impact student engagement and learning outcomes in VLEs. Utilizing data, including survey results and performance metrics, we identify key factors that enhance virtual teaching and provide practical recommendations for educators to optimize virtual teaching practices.

PROTOTYPE OF A SEMI-AUTOMATIC PAPER STOVE FOR DOMESTIC USE
It was established in various literature that solid waste accumulation and scarcity of non-renewable fuels become major problems of most countries. Concurrent to this, there is the growing problem of solid waste accumulation, i.e., paper. The purpose of the study was to marginally subside the volume of paper waste, and at the same time minimize somehow wood trees’ logging by designing and building a prototype of a semi-automatic paper stove. The theoretical design of the prototype is composed of: Stand Base, Vertical Stand Connector, Water Reservoir, Ash Screen, Furnace, Furnace Cap, four Pushers, four Pusher Covers, and four Hoppers. Before starting with the design, the technical feasibility was assured through computing and comparing the theoretical fuel mass consumption per semester and the estimated accumulated paper per semester. In designing the prototype, the fuel mass consumption per operation of the paper stove was taken into account to determine the appropriate sizes of the paper stove parts. This helped in computing the ideal number of hoppers and their height considering that empty cans of 240 mL del Monte juice had been used. Then, after the prototype was designed, the fabrication process in the researcher’s personal shop started. Employing experimental research design, scientific sampling method, specifically systematic sampling and central tendencies analysis, data were obtained from 30 cooking trials from both charcoal and paper stoves.
From the results of the study, it was found out that the charcoal stove reaches the maximum temperature at a faster rate compared to the paper stove and that the latter has no significant difference with the former in terms of the maximum temperature and of the temperature mean. In addition, the operational cost ratio between the semi-automatic paper stove and the charcoal stove is less than one. These results showed that it is feasible for the paper stove to cook rice using paper as fuel, reaching the highest temperature similar to the charcoal stove, and that cooking rice using paper stove is much cheaper as compared to using the charcoal stove. From the initial ambient temperature, the core temperature rises until the water from both pots were fully evaporated, then fans of both stoves were shut off. The core temperature then goes down, and the cooking process ends after 27 minutes.

IOT ENABLED WATER TANK MONITORING FOR SUSTAINABLE TILAPIA FARMING PROGRAM USING RECIRCULATING AQUACULTURE SYSTEM (RAS)
The goal of the study is to accomplish a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) in a small-scale water tank setup for sustainable backyard/indoor fish farming for Nila tilapia fingerlings with alignment to Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system improved water usage through continuous filtration and reuse, maintaining ideal conditions for tilapia fingerlings. Several IoT components were used including MQ-135 Gas sensor for ammonia detection, DS18B20 Temperature sensor and PH-4502C Liquid PH-Sensor for monitoring. Also the study featured automatic heating, cooling and aeration systems, and an automated feeding using DS1307 Real-Time Clock and servo motor. Early warning signs have been developed for real-time weather forecasting through the help of Open Weather API. These technologies work together to maintain optimal water conditions, ensure consistent feeding and adapt to weather changes, enhancing fish health and growth while conserving water. The system reached excellent satisfaction in different categories, as evaluated using ISO 25010 standards. A 4-point Likert scale has been used, it scored 3.72 for functional suitability, 3.67 for reliability, 3.74 for interaction capability, and 3.69 for performance efficiency. The overall mean of 3.71 demonstrates excellent satisfaction, claiming that the system successfully met its objectives and user standards.

IOT-BASED SMALL-SCALE HYDROPONICS SYSTEM AND LETTUCE DISEASE AND HARVESTABILITY DETECTION USING YOLOV8
This study presents an Internet of Things (IoT) approach to hydroponic cultivation, integrating sensor technology with machine learning algorithms to enhance crop management and harvest timing. Utilizing a Node-RED architecture, the system processes data from sensors measuring pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), temperature, and humidity, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis of growing conditions. The research applies machine learning models to assess plant health and determine harvest readiness. The model shows varying effectiveness across disease categories, with performance metrics highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Notably, the binary classification model for harvest readiness demonstrates balanced performance, potentially improving harvest timing decisions. By combining IoT sensor technology with predictive analytics, this system aims to improve efficiency and reduce resource consumption in controlled environment agriculture. The findings contribute to the field of smart agriculture, suggesting directions for further research in precision agriculture and sustainable food production.

KNOWLEDGE OF RESEARCH SOFTWARE TOOLS AND RESEARCH CAPABILITIES AND ITS INFLUENCE ON RESEARCH ENGAGEMENT: BASIS FOR PROPOSED SCHOOL RESEARCH LEADERSHIP PLAN
Schools need well-organized systems to manage research, focusing on training teachers in research software. This study aims to understand how familiar teachers are with research software and how that knowledge impacts their ability to conduct research. Measuring research skills shows how they affect teachers’ overall research engagement. Stratified sampling was utilized for the respondents with distinct populations from five (5) senior high schools with one hundred seventy-nine (179) teachers. Descriptive and correlational analyses were conducted using Software Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) to examine the relationship between software awareness and research capability, as well as the relationship between research capability and research engagement. The overall assessment revealed that teachers have limited knowledge of the research software programs, with a mean score of 2.16. in terms of research capabilities, teachers were found to be moderately capable, with a mean score of 3.69. The assessment of research engagement indicated a moderate extent of participation in research discussions and conferences, although limited funding support for research efforts was reported. The study revealed a significant relationship between knowledge of research-related software programs and research capabilities. As knowledge in these programs increases, research qualities improve, emphasizing the importance of acquiring and enhancing this knowledge. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between research capabilities and research engagement. The t-value of 10.383, significant at the alpha level of 0.05, supports rejecting the null hypothesis and confirming the significant relationship between research capabilities and research engagement. Limited software knowledge hinders teacher research engagement in schools. Teachers with greater software knowledge exhibited stronger research skills. By integrating teachers in research software training and providing necessary support, a research leadership strategy can address these challenges, aligning with the UTAUT model’s emphasis on user adoption.

AN IOT BASED SMART BIRD CAGE WITH A WATER FILTERING AND MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BIRDS
At present, people have grown fond of raising birds. Birds require different and specialized habitats to cater to their unique needs, and cages that allow space for ample movement help promote their well-being. The study aims to address the challenge in ensuring optimal bird care by developing an IoT Based Smart Bird cage integrated with a water filtering and monitoring system. This includes automated bird feeding, water quality maintenance, waste processing, and temperature and humidity regulation. The system utilizes the ESP32, sensors and remote monitoring using the Blynk Application to enhance bird well-being and support bird owners in maintaining a healthy environment for their birds. ISO 25010 standard is utilized to ensure system quality. The Overall Mean for the system received an overall mean rating of 4.26, interpreted as Excellent. The criteria ratings evaluation scores started with the Functional Suitability with an evaluation of 4.41, the Performance Efficiency with 4.19 evaluation, Usability with 4.36 and Reliability with 4.17, and Security with a 4.17 rating based on the Likert Scale. The feedback from 62 bird owners, 33 bird breeders and 5 IT professionals, indicate that the overall mean evaluated criteria received an Excellent Rating.

TEACHERS’ ASSESSMENT OF MULTIMEDIA TOOLS USED IN SELECTED SCIENCE CLASSES IN BULACAN
This study determined and evaluated the effectiveness of multimedia-based instructions in teaching science subjects and crafted an action plan in strengthening the use of multimedia in teaching science discipline. The ex post facto research method under the quantitative research was designed in analyzing the assessment of teacher respondents. The purposive sampling approach was also used in the selection of the respondents. There were 20 secondary schools with at least 100 science teachers that served as respondents as target locale of the SDO in Bulacan. The findings of this study revealed that the most used multimedia platforms in teaching science subjects assessed by the teacher respondents are the Presentation Tools. Moreover, there is a significant difference in educational effectiveness and design features. This indicates that perception in multimedia effectiveness differs from one another in terms of sex and years in service. However, there is no significant difference in the indicator’s entertainment value and user friendliness of technology regardless of the respondents’ profile. Therefore, there is a significant difference in teacher’s assessment in multimedia-based instruction when grouped according to profile. As for the desirable multimedia assessment indicators, the greater the rating means the better the quality of the multimedia-based platform. It is recommended that the school administration take the initiative in integrating multimedia in each classroom. There must be a strong integration of multimedia materials in every school.

THE ROLE OF AI, BLOCKCHAIN, AND UX DESIGN IN STRENGTHENING CONSUMER TRUST IN CHINA’S E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY
Consumer trust is a critical factor in the growth and sustainability of China’s e-commerce industry. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain technology, and User Experience (UX) design has played a transformative role in enhancing security, transparency, and user satisfaction. This study explores how these technological innovations contribute to building consumer trust, examining their impact on fraud prevention, transaction transparency, and overall shopping experience. Through an analysis of major Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, JD.com, and Pinduoduo, this paper investigates the interplay between AI-driven personalization, blockchain-enabled security, and UX design improvements in fostering trust among consumers. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing survey data and case studies to provide comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of these technologies. The findings indicate that while AI and blockchain significantly reduce fraudulent activities, UX design improvements enhance consumer confidence by providing seamless and secure shopping experiences. The study concludes with recommendations for e-commerce platforms to leverage these technologies effectively to strengthen consumer trust.
